The same Bed and bedclothes as in 1979. Although I think the duvet was changed a bit. Se the comparison of the two pictures further down.
As you can see on these two pictures below, the 1979 duvet has a seam (circled with red for easier detection) on both the left and right side of the duvet. My guess is that those seams was intended to make the duvet “fall” down a bit on each side of the bed. But this year the duvet is just a “flat” version. Easier and less time consuming to produce.
