1981 Party Time Sindy, 44743.

Below is TLSM’s boxed Party Time Sindy. Click here to see the photos of the unboxing.

According to an investigation my friend Annika Norell @sindyblackwidow did some years ago about the best way, to differ the two 1979 and 1981 bunches from each other, is the Sindy marking on the head:
“I asked, in a Sindy ID Facebook group, if the only difference between the 1979 and 1981 “bunches” dolls were that the latter had a hidden “Sindy” mark under their hair. I was recommended to look at boxed dolls so today, Martina Söderström and I investigated her dolls. We found a disguised 1979 among her 1981 dolls. I’m not entirely sure what might happen to her, now her cover has been blown. Perhaps Martina will force her to wear something brown and yellow?“
Hahaha! Annika is not only clever, she’s funny as well!
Below are three different “bunches Sindy” dolls. Trying to ID them is tricky but perhaps the left one is a 1981 Party Time Sindy since her jaw are slightly wider? I haven’t seen a 1979 Sindy: Keep Fit, 44687 with that type of wider jaw BUT there are Party Time Sindys without it. Another thing to help ID bunches Sindy dolls is that 1981 Party Time Sindy only came as blonds. Both 1979 Keep Fit Sindy and 1981 Sindy- Your first fashion doll came as brunettes aswell.
Even though the doll in the middle looks so different to the left one, she actually has the “Sindy” marking hidden under her hair, which can be a clue that she also is a 1981 Party Time Sindy! As you can see the bodies differ between the two dolls from the left as well. Perhaps Pedigree had different factories that produced the PartyTime Sindys and that’s why they look so different to each other?
The right one also differ from the others, so could she perhaps be 1981 Sindy- Your first fashion doll, 44499?
