On September 6, 2023 Sindy Vintage Facebook page (The official fan page for the Great British nation’s sweetheart, Sindy) wrote:

“Pedigree are delighted to announce the launch of a special Limited Edition Sindy 60th Anniversary Doll.

These are numbered dolls ‘X of 1,963’. A pre-order will be open on our Pedigree website within the next few days (watch this space for the announcement of the pre-order opening). You can then pre-order your special celebration doll on our website via PayPal.

For all pre-orders, we will then immediately send you a special Sindy 60th Birthday Card to acknowledge your pre-order (if you are buying this as a present for someone special, this Limited Edition Birthday Card gives you something to give them in advance of the Doll arriving!).

All T&Cs on pre-orders are available when you order from our Pedigree website. The pre-orders will close 60 days after opening. We then expect delivery of Dolls into the UK in February or March, when they will then be sent out to you all. We hope you love her as much as we do!”
