Travelling Sindy arrived Nedenes, Arendal friday (14.03.25). And she was a bit underdressed according to ouer slightly snowy veranda.

Up at the view. Far right, yellow building on the top is my workplace, the high school.View out to the bay. On each side you see two seperate Islands. There used to be a canon on each of them, and one in town. This made Arendal the safest harbour for centuries.Down at Pollen, the little bay that is the last of the towns canalsystem. Today it is surrounded by restaurants.
Now we went to Tyholmen, the biggest islet and where the church, school and city hall was placed. The tall white building is the old city hall. It originally was a private home in the 1700, and it was the tallest wooden buildings in Norway.
