I believe this Action Kitchen Unit is in a way the same as it was with the wooden Caravan and Stable.
You can find this marked both with Sindy and not. So my guess is that somewhere in the business conglomerate, that Pedigree belonged to, this Action Kitchen Unit was already produced and then it was made especially for Sindy.
