As far as TLSM knows, this outfit was not based on any real cabin crew uniform, like the uniforms the Sindy Cabin Crew Dolls had.
As you can see on the photo of the still boxed outfit, it had much more elegant buttons ( small silver coloured, ball shaped pearls) than the promo pic (white plastic buttons).
